I myself have never done the flex thingy, but will be doing it next week.
I need to get back on the WW wagon, and get A into G. From what I understand of it, is, that I will get my 20pts per day PLUS 35 each week.
Which would fit into my take a day off plans. Between that and the gym I should go quite well.

Weather or not you use your flex points is up to you. But they are there if you need them, there are days where you will have the muncihies and days where you will be so good you could grow wings. lol
