Default points for haddock?
Haddock isn't listed in my start up book. Does anyone have any idea how many points in a serving (like 6 oz or so?) Thanks!

There is a nutritional information section on this website or you can try CalorieKing for nutritional info. also if you just google 'haddock nutritional information' there are a few sites out there that will help you.
