I know I'm late, but in case anyone else was wondering.....
If you look under etools or even the Week 1 book it has food listed as "hibachi shrimp, hibachi veggies, etc" that's the food prepared on the hibachi grills right in front of you .....that's what I usually go by when I have Japanese food. There is also point values for fried rice.
I have yet to find point values for the seafood sauce (I'm thinking its mayo and ketchup but I really don't know
