This is the start of my 2nd week of WW. The first 2 days were really hard, but now I'm adjusting and I feel satisfied with the amount of points I am eating. I am just wondering what all of you eat on a daily basis? This is an example of what I ate yesterday and I just want to make sure it's ok:
Breakfast: 1 cup shredded wheat cereal w/ non fat milk
Morning snack: banana
Lunch: Smart Ones frozen lunch
Afternoon snack: Kashi granola bar
Dinner: WW cheesy potato recipe I found online
Snack: sugar free pudding
I also drank my water

I'd appreciate any input. I will weigh in on Thursday. On my scale at home it looks like I was losing weight last week, but this week it's at a standstill. I think it's b/c my period is coming and I feel really bloated.
Since I am just starting the program, I want to make sure I'm doing it right. Thanks!
