Default Grams measurement

The serving size of 140 grams from PF Changs -- for those who are not familiar with the metric system, is the equivalent of a little more than half a cup -- 4 7/8 ounces of food. So, it's not very much in terms of serving size. Just wanted to point that out.

Also, let me point out that 250 grams is slightly more than one cup. They are not equivalent quantities (If you look on a liquid measuring cup, you can see that one side, the metric system, is calibrated on a separate scale, and if you measure using the English system (what we use in the States) that one cup (8 oz) is less than 250 mgs.
