HI Ladies, Im looking for some low point/high protein snack ideas.....please include name brands if you can! I want to pair a fruit or veggie with protein and am just running out of ideas.
Also- has anyone found a great snack bar or protein bar? Thanks!
My favorite is egg whites--0 points for 2, I believe (I do Core so I don't remember exactly). You can stuff them with something like hummus, which is low in points.
