  • I did a mile. I should do more, but I am pacing myself. A mile is only 20 minutes so I'll add it to my bank once I get and hour in, so every 3 days.
  • Well I definately slacked off on the exercise. Today I did 30 minutes on my exercise bikes, some crunches and a couple of sets of weights. I didn't want to do too much weights because the last time I did it I did too much and my muscles were very sore and I didn't feel like working out after that. Anyway I am back on track!
  • I jogged 3 miles today.
  • Yesterday I did 30 minutes on the exercise bike but nothing else. My arms are a bit sore so if I overdo it then I will definately wimp out of exercising at all!
