I just wanted to share this great meal that is only 2 pts, delicious and promise will get your tumy full!!!
1. 1 pack of frozen broccoli & couliflower vegatables.
(16oz bag, which is 1 cup of each vegetable total of 0 pts)
2. 1/4 cup of Ragu Light Parmesan Alfredo.
(taste great and is only 1pt)
3. 1/4 cup of light fat free cheddar cheese.
(1 pt only)
Cook vegetables, drain and pour the sause on top, sprinkle the cheedar cheese, warm it up to melt cheese for like 30 sec and ENJOY!!!!
Awesome idea! I did have the idea for a cauliflower alfredo before, but I'll have to try this too!! We should brainstorm some other "treat your veggies like pasta" ideas
That sounds awesome! I'm brand new to WW and I'm trying to find recipes that sound good because I'm a picky eater...but I love both broccoli and Cauliflower!
