We did super on our St. Patrick's Day challenge. We've got some fantastic losers here!
Hi all. Well, it seems I have stayed the same as last week. But that is ok. I did my Curves wrkouts so maybe some of that is muscle. I hope. Hope everyone else has good luck this week. Take care.... Sis
Sis, isn't Curves fun? I talked to the lady that manages the one here in town. She said they are doing great. Lots of members. She also told me that she thinks the Y is the best place for me because of the pool and the whirlpool. She said a woman came in to join but wanted to check with her doctor first. She has Fibromyalgia and some arthritis like me. Well, her doctor said absolutely not to join. Told her to join the Y for the pool and whirlpool. I guess we made the right decision. Now if I could only drop some pounds!!!! (and new pounds, not those that I gained and lost already)
Hi everyone! I lost 1 lb this week and I think it's going to get harder for me to lose more each week now that I'm getting closer to my goal. Tomorrow I'm doing a 2 mile charity walk with my girlfriend. I figure all these years I've never done any of them so why not start now. I'm actually looking forward to it. I have another 4K walk in May for Breast Cancer research where a group of friends are going to participate.
Congratulations to 1outof3!!!!!! You seem to be the only member here right now who's losing. Yeah for you!!! Good luck with the charity walk. I hope you have good weather. It's really brisk here this morning.
I'm not announcing a loss this week but I have gotten back down to what my Ticker says. Yeah for me.....
Yeah for Tina. Maintaining, I think, is the toughest part to losing weight. The weather here in CT is cloudy and about 45 degrees. Still cold for me. That's ok though, it's good walking weather.

My first weigh in was Thurs, 3/23, I just re-joined WW. It's really the only thing that's ever worked for more than 3 weeks for me. Anyway, I was down 2.2 lbs. Unfortunately, they are recently re-gained lbs, but hey, I'll take whatever I can get!

I feel like I'll never lose again, but I know I just need to keep on journaling. The eating out so much will stop when Bob gets home from Florida. He said last night on the phone that it's diet time when he gets back. lol I'm sure he has been overeating while down there too.
I need to seriously consider going to meetings again, but I hate to spend the money. Cheapo here.

I agree Tina!! I ordered a new swimsuit to wear to my water aerobics classes. I don't like the way it fits through the tummy, so I need to do something soon. I refuse to send it back. It's pretty. lol
No loss for me this week. I'm still doing curves though and I feel like my waist and thighs are thinner. Maybe the lbs will come off soon. I need to do better with what I am eating though.

Last week we came home from vacation after taking my Mother home. This week we have had company. I weighed this morning and I did stay the same. However, my husband and I are starting today with my cooking WW again.
Hope I can start moving downward soon.
