I used to make margarine and sugar sandwiches. Now just the thought sicks me out!!!! I would sooooo much rather have whole grain raisin bread with natural peanut butter and cinnamon. *lol*
I think we all do those things sometimes. Well those of us who are struggling with a food addiction. Maybe your body is in need of something specific? Or maybe it was the time of day, or the emotions you are feeling in the moment. Figuring those out may help you figure out how to avoid the situation later.
But now, I want to know how butter and sugar taste....must be like cookie dough which is pretty much butter and sugar right LOL. HMMMMM might become my new favorite snack LOL.
