
This is my second time doing weight watchers, and my first meeting is tonight. The first time I did weight watchers, I lost 15 pounds without doing much exercise. I was gung ho off the diet and never used flex points. This time I would love to lose that same 15 pounds. I am 5'4 and I think I'm 154 pounds (I'll know for sure tonight). I don't know what 13- looks like. I would love to see 139, but getting down to 140 is really where I want to be. It just seems that everyone is really supportive on this board and that's exactly what I'm looking for.
