Can someone tell me how do I know what is a low, moderate, or high intensity workout? I've been doing walk away the pounds and it's a 15 minute mile (with kicks, knee lifts, upper body movements, etc...) and the second mile is a 13 minute mile. So I'm getting a total of 28 minutes but how do I figure the APs for this?
Here's a simple guideline I learned years ago-
If you can sing and talk and exercise it's light, if you can talk but not sing someone it's moderate and if you can barely talk it's hard.
