It's a lot of pressure being the first one to weigh in each week. Just kidding...sort-of

I lost .4! I was doing wonderful all last week, and then the weekend hit, and it went to ****! But, I'm down, and I guess that's the big thing. I'm at exactly 162 now. I'd like to lose 1.4 pounds next week, so I can get another star.

Steph- GREAT JOB!!!! :cb :cb Like Kitty told Marcie those little bits add up! You are really rocking!

But what is the deal with weekends? They KILL me too. Every weekend. Anybody got any ideas?

Don't worry about being first. I'll be here with you tonight. I am seeing a pound loss on my home scale so I hope I can keep it that way until 5:30. I HATE weighing in at night!

I stayed the same again!!!!!

I love what you said no matter what the scale says we are healthier and fitter!

Those week ends to kick us last week end I went off wheeeew but it was nice The cool thing is I got right back on program first for me!!!

That's great though Luflic. We cna't be perfect forever. That's not how life goes. Plus staying the smae's not bad, way better than a gain!

My leader said something pretty scarey at meeting this week.. She said on average we gain 17 pounds throughout the holiday season. Emmmmmm

So you are right remaining the same is better than a loss. I have never stayed on a program through the holidays so this year will be a first! I am determined to make this a healthy holiday well within reason

Luflic-Sorry you stayed the same but as you said you got right back on program..THAT IS WHAT MATTERS!

Had a great WI today..-3.2 lbs...so I am pleased..Here's to another great week ladies!

Our leader told us the same thing Luflic. Kind of puts staying the same into perspective huh I'd take that over 17 pounds!
