I know it isn't Thursday, but I weighed this morning and I was down 1.5. I'm counting it, and I think I changed my thing at the bottom correctly this time!! Woo Hoo!!

Just got back from the doctor. I was down 6 pounds since I was there in July. BP was great. I also had checked my blood sugar, and I did super when I did that. Hip hip hooray!!

does anyone else get butterflys before a meeting ? this will be end of week 2 for me, and i already have knots in my tummy. good luck tomorrow guys !!

My first weigh in is tomorrow (Friday) and I have a question. Do most people wear the same outfits to every weigh in? I know this may sound corny - but I just wanted to know what the norm is... this will be my fist time, my first meeting, everything.

First of all, Kate 
Dream---I try to wear the same thing. Also, some people take off their watch, earrings and rings. I never went that far.
