12 Week Diary Challenge

We've started a 12 Week WW Challenge for all those out there who've bought the spiral bound notebooks and have not been able to open to page one.

Yup that's been me. :( :( :( So Our WW leader challenged us to keep a daily record and "just see" the pounds slip off... and to think of some short term goal worth writing for.

Check it out under the WW Lifetime / Maintenance. I can use all the support I can get.

I'm allowed 23 under new system but lost all my weight under the old 123 plan which allowed me up to 25 points. So I don't sweat those 2 points if I want them.

Thanks for having this. BTW - I'm 45, 5'5", and goal is 135.
