Lunch-Basalmic chicken in a pita-7 Veggies-0 Dinner-5 ounces of Chicken Breast-5 2 servings of baby broccoli blend-2 Snack-1.5 cups low fat, no sugar added icecream-9 thin crisps-2 TOTAL-25 Righ on target today!! |
Didn't want you all to think I wasn't paying attention after demanding that you all start posting your menus again, LOL. I worked yesterday and wasn't online.... nor was I eating on plan. :o
B~ skipped it L~ ate at work, where the menu is take it or leave it-- they served: Meatloaf- Mashed Potatoes/Gravy- (they ran out of the roasted potatoes) Green Beans- 1 can Mountain Dew- 3 Sn~ 1 can Mountain Dew- 3 S~ leftover pizza (two slices) Pringles diet orange soda- 0 Sn- popcorn So, as you can see, I wasn't really behaving yesterday. I haven't totalled up my points and I don't really know if I want to. Oh well, today is another day. |
