Need Help

  • Hi everyone,

    I am new to WW and in desperate need of help. I started WW with a college friend a long time ago and lost weight. She knew the plan and showed me how to try it on my own. Well, its been almost 4 years now and the weight that I lost has now crept back in to my life. Well Im back to where I started again. Anyway, I remember some of the things she told me. Like my points are from 18-23. But what if I exercise, do I get extra points? Also, how many points is beef--ground beef, london broil, etc?
