Default TGIFriday!

Wow, no Friday post yet! Well I don't have a whole lot to discuss today, and to top it off I am really busy at work too. I did stick to my points yesterday even though we unexpectedly went out to dinner.

Hope you're all having a good day!

Lori - Great sticking to those points!
KO - Good luck with the interview.

Wow.... sure is quiet!

I've been on core/South Beach for 4 days now.

We've been having veggitable omlettes most mornings, but we switch it up a bit by using different veggies. For lunch I've been having salads with chicken and a FF jello. For snacks I've been having a Frigo string cheese or hummus wrapped in lettuce. For dinners we've made rosemary steak tips with stir fried veggies, a salsa lime chicken with black beans, ond last night a "taco bake." I mashed up some kidney beans, layered them with FF sour cream, salsa, soy ground "beef" and a layer of FF cheese and baked it for 20 minutes. It was like a cassarole. And 1/4 of the dish was 7 points.

Wednesday and Thursady I ran 2 1/2 miles (which was about 30 minutes) and then 30 minutes on the elliptical trainer. So I've upped my workouts from 35 minutes each time to an hour. Today's my day off, and then I'll do an hour Sat, Sun, and Monday…. For 5 one-hour workouts.

Brian's awesome. He made my lunch yesterday and has been having our breakfast ready when I get out of the shower… he's doing well. And we've been making sure I'm eating almost half or two-thirds the portion he eats.

We both admitted that we haven't been hungry AT ALL. I do miss some sweets though. And someone brought in garlic/onion foccacia bread yesterday and it was torturous not to eat any… but it passed.

I have four things between now and the wedding that will be challenging. I'm going to Disney for a business trip Jan 30-Feb 3rd. Then I'm flying home for my shower Feb 18-21. I'm going to a wedding Feb 25th, And last my shower/bachelorette in Boston on March 5th. I'm going to stay on SBD for the business trip and the wedding on the 25th. And be on SBD for everything except the weeks with my showers. Those two weeks I'll do points and save my 35 points for those two days.

I'm sorry for the post, and really appreciate you listening. I'm expecting a nice loss this week, and I'm looking forward to being back on track.
