Hello Thursday Group!
How is everyone today? It's about time to get on those scales.

I'm late getting ready for work and this is a short post.

We want to all post this week.
Ir you don't weigh, give us some support or some advice to carry all of us through the rest of the week. Okay!

Here I am again!
This week's weigh in will be pretty bad. I'm so ashamed of myself. Everything has gone to my hips. I have some great looking skirts for spring and summer--guess what---yep, they don't fit.
Any suggestions for exercises, toning, something!?! I'm really disgusted with myself.

Jill, where are you????? Tell us what's happening with you and your wedding plans.

Everyone have a great rest of the day and a good tomorrow.

Hi all--This is going to be really short. I weighed this a.m. and was down 1 pound. I have now lost 10# in 3 wks. Sure hope it keeps going down.

Am stuck in meetings all day again, so will try to catch up tomorrow.

No one will believe this but it's true----I actually forgot to jump onto the scales this morning. Yes, I really forgot it was Thursday!.. Tomorrow, I'll leave myself a note

Auntie, congrats on your loss, also.

Haven't been to weigh in yet but according to my scales I am up about 2 lbs. Not sure why. I didn't think I had done so bad this week. OH well better weigh in next week. I will know for sure later though. Good luck to everyone else. Congrats Loodie on your 1 lb loss. Keep up the good work. Will check in later today or tomorrow. .... Sis

Hi, I'm new to the post and going into my third week on W.W. I weigh in on Thursdays and down 2.5 this past week. Total of 6.5 since 5/4/01! I was not as good (food wise) this week as I was last week, but I did make up for things by doing extra cardio and sacrificing my dessert a few times. It was well worth it cause I still managed to lose 2.5!
Good luck to all of you!

Christa--welcome to the group. You'll love it here.
What kinds of desserts do you usually have? Do you like the sugar free puddings? They get me through some tough times. Now that Spring is here, the fruits in the store look yummy. I bought a honey dew melon yesterday--have to let it ripen a little more. I was going to buy some strawberries but the checker dropped the box and they flew all over the place. I was too tired to go way back in the store and pick out more.

Sis, I hope the WW scales are kinder than yours. Good luck.

Thanks for the warm welcome! I rarely (maybe 4 times a year) ate dessert before I started weight watchers, but I find it is a good way to get in all of my points now. I find it tough most days to eat at least 27 points. I enjoy the Skinny Cow Ice Cream that I read about here on 3FC. 2 points! And they're REALLY GOOD! I also enjoy the Fat Free Pudding and lite coolwhip. Tastes like grandma's chocolate cream pie!
The fruits look really yummy! I like to make a fruit cocktail and just have it in individual serving containers at hand whenever needed. I love fruit!
Luckily enough, my husband is a bodybuilder and we don't have ANY junk in the house. Except for this bag of Sour Cream and Onion Pot. chips that has been sitting in the same spot for a month un-touched. I love the fact that I can walk passed it and not be tempted (PCs are a weakness of mine) I think I will leave them there until they disintegrate or I reach my goal, whichever comes first.
Take care!
Christa

Okay,
Laura, you'll lose. Don't dispair 'cause it'll come off.

I remembered and stepped on my scales this morning. I was down .5 and I'm happy.

Have a great weekend!

Is typing a form of excersice? If so then I should be in great shape Well I didnt loose anything this week, stayed the same, but Im sure it had something to do with not counting points...again.

It's raining again so I have a good excuse not to walk.

Dee, I know what you mean about spellings. when I really think about how a word is spelled, I get confused.
"Exercise" = there, I spelled it. "Friend" is the word I have trouble with. It never looks right.

Didn't do to hot this week. Scale said up 3.75 lbs. I didn't think I did that badly but....oh well. I kind of blew it going out for Mothers day yesterday too. I will have to make up for it the rest of this week. I have to get myself back in the right mindset. I'm not sure whats up but something is or I wouldn't be putting on again. If I stick OP the rest of the week and try to cut back a little to make up for yesterday I should hopefully show a loss next week. I will keep my fingers crossed. Have a great week everyone......Sis

Thanks for the warm welcome everyone. I hope to be checking in weekly with all of you and hope that we all succeed at this! I figure if I lose 2 lbs. a week, I will be very close to my 100% goal by the time my vacation comes. I look forward to your support and supporting all of you!! WE CAN DO THIS~
My pants are fitting very well lately and it's due to the fact that I am being good! I want to be able to take them off and put them on without unbuttoning or unzipping them (KNOW WHAT I MEAN?).

Talk to you on Thursday.

Hi all - I weighed in on Sat. and was down 1 pound. I was happy since we were away the week before and I didn't count any points. Hope everyone had a great mothers day. DH bought me a good gift - a baby jogger. Now I don't have to wait for him to get home to do my exercise. I can't wait to try it out.

Welcome Christa! You sound like you are off to a great start. Keep up the good work.

Well it is real busy here. I am taking two more graduate classes (I am a glutton for punishment). I swore I would never take another class after I got my Master's Degree, but here I am taking two more. Have lots of work to do for them, plus all the end of the year stuff coming up. Only six weeks of school left until summer vacation. I can't wait! Hope everyone else is good. Drink your water, exercise, and journal! Have a great week everyone!
