Good morning all,
Due to conflicts I had to miss WI this week, but I went on my scale and was down a pound yesterday. I weighed again this morning and I was down to 156 (of course I won't count this). But I am happy, my hard work is paying off. I ran 5K yesterday in 28 minutes (10 min running, 1 min walking)! and I then ran 3 k (which was run 2 min, walk one min with the learn to run clinic) and I felt fine afterwards!
Aimee: I am guessing you're really tall and muscular... I was a size 14 when I was about 180 or so lbs... there are women my height and weight who are a size 14 (I am a size 8).
Jess: Welcome back!! Don't fret, if you didn't let your beefaroni incident turn into a full blown binge, be proud of that... baby steps and one day at a time. I tend to look at it like this. If I hadn't even tried to lose weight I am sure I would weigh well over 300lbs now, puts stuff into perspective (I yo-yoed for a couple of years before I really dropped the weight).
Kierie: I am not sure about my ten year. It happens in 2005.. now obviously I have nothing to hide, be ashamed of or anything... They always have it at a dark club though (where some people I would rather not see again still hang out, but I don't think I should let those guys get to me, they'd never recognize me anyway), maybe I should suggest somewhere nicer... I dunno though. Most the people in my grade were really nice though, good people.
Belle: I know it's more fun now we have more posters!! Yah!!
