I thought I would just start this up! So I had a weigh in today.. and I'm only down 1 pound.. which means I gotta lose 3 pounds for the next 2 weeks in order to hit my end of Oct Challenge! I don't know that I can do it.. but I'll plug away anyways! I am trying to look at the positive.. but yah.. I can't do it. I'm still trying to lose the weight from my darn Seattle trip, which means I'm still 1 pound UP! Okay, enough weight talk..
Whats new? What are the plans for the weekend? I am working of course! The good news is that someone new is taking over writing the schedules at work, and I'm going to FINALLY get a weekend off! yay
So I got up this morning and did "8 Minutes in the Morning", it's a weight routine that only takes about 8 minutes in the morning.. hence the name. I'm hoping it's something I can stick to because it's so little time.. I have such huge time issues, so this might fit in perfectly
