Heya Belle, I am in this for life. I have been doing this with it's up and downs for 4 years now (more like 6, but with WW for four years). I know there will be times where this won't be a priority (pregnancy, or emotional traumas etc), sometimes it just can't be, but I am trying to get into good habits that will get me through bad times (and pregnant times, yes I'll need to gain, but not that much).
I have NEVER given up through this. I have never thought once "damn this I'll gain back all my weight because this is too hard". Accepting ups and downs is important too, I get frustrated and annoyed, but I know my body deserves to be treated with respect; it's the only one I have.
