Have had a good couple of days. Breakfast and lunch are so easy to plan and stay on track, it's always the evening and weekends that pose the challenges. I've got to be more creative and use the loads of cookbooks I have collected. While it's easy to eat the same things every day, I tend to become extremely bored, then feel cheated if I don't have some change.
Only wasted points on one item, last night...Joe went to the Hostess outlet store, bought Sno-Balls. Is this just a regional food? Or are you all familiar with it? Devils' food cake with cream filling covered w/marshmallow and coconut. I didn't even compute the points

That's why I don't even want that stuff in the house...it calls me.)My foot is better each day. Right now we're in the busiest season at work, so it's really being put to a test by being on it quite a bit. It doesn't feel too much worse than my other, so that's a good thing!
A woman at work brought in a huge bunch of lilac branches and we've got them in our office in a vase. Mmmmm, their fragrance is awesome; I've been sniffing them each time I walk by.

I meant I've had 2 surgeries in my whole life time. A hysterectomy & a rotator cuff surgery. Before I got my surgeries I heard all kinds of horror stories. I paid them no mind. Oh, my
