    Hi girls, how are you, I've been reading you guys for a little while, and finally joined this week. I love being a part of something like this.

    I read something about 'venting your struggles' on a recent post...all i can say is, i've been doing this a WEEK - just a WEEK - and holy moly, dieting IS a struggle! thats why this entire site has been formed, isn't it? and thank goodness because before this, when it came to dieting, i would immediately go "duuuh?!" and just look vacant....nobody home...lol

    anyway, where are all of you from? i know i can look on profiles, etc, but conversation is so much better.

    congratulations on every pound lost, ladies...here's to many more (bear with me, pretend that smiley is a toast, not a burnt out coffee drinker, lol)
  • Hi, well I'm guessing there are a lot of Canucks on the board. That's me and quite a few others. I don't look at it as dieting. I eat everything I used to just a whole lot less. It gets easier, I promise.
    I can't remember who said 35 points wasn't a lot but it is because since i weigh under 150 I should only eat 20 points a day, or the way I go about it, 18-23. So it really was a lot. And plus i'm just not used to it. On Sunday it will have been a week since I started the Wendie plan. I hope it works.
