Good Morning ladies, I am back on WW for the third time (3rd time is a charm)
I loved all the ladies in the class, they were friendly and supportive. I will stay on track and true to myself. Good luck this week.

Hey Motorcitygal,
I took just went back to WW on Jan. 29th. I became a lifetimer when I was like 15 years old.....anyhow, I have tried to get back in the swing of things, but didn't like my Wednesday group (too many people that I knew from the community), so I waited a while and went to Thursday morning. I love it! I lost 6.6 pounds my 1st week.....sure hope that you have a successful week. I started back and 215.2, and am now at 208.6. (My all time high was 242.) I'm shooting for a 1st goal of 145.

That's terrific! You can do it....we all can. We just need to stay focused on the goal and make baby steps. Just imagine how wonderful you'll feel when you reach "onderland". I'm hoping to get there by the end of the month.
