Monday Breakfast 3/4 cups cinamon toast crunch 3 1/4 cup FF milk .5 Coffee with 1 pkt of sugar and 1/4 cup of milk .5 (does i pkt of sugar have a pts value) Snack apple Lunch tuna with FF mayo and salad Dinner ww dinner |
