Julie,

Don't get too discouraged. A 5 pound gain is a little strange. I'm sure your leader was right about clothes, water, etc. You were prob still bloated from PMSing or something. I'm sure next week will show that things were just off balance this week.

Cool about updating a total weight loss spreadsheet.

My stats....

WW start date: 11/16
WW start weight: 220
3FC start date: 3/13
3FC start weight: 204
Current: 200
Goal: 115
Height: 4'11"
Age: 25
