Greetings everyone - I am in Los Angeles - so even though it may be the afternoon for some of you its still early morning for me
I have not posted since Friday, but wanted to say "Good Morning" and will post again once I read though the weekend threads.
Sorry I did not post over the weekend, caught a cold and have been feeling like crap all weekend.

Did not go to work on Monday, woke up with an awful sore throat and could not move from the bed, and decided my bosses could survive one day without me.

And you know what? No matter how guilty they make you feel - the company real does survive when you miss a day . .
Anyway hope everyone had a good weekend. I did okay over the weekend being sick, but did not count points and did not work out. Today my goal is just to stick within my points and to try to survive work and then go back home to sleep! aacccckk - its going to be a looooonnng day. . .lol
Laura wishing you a wonderful vacation day. Have fun - have a WONDERFUL day at the spa. I just love the spa! My friends and I try to go at least 3 to 4 times a year, and we just spend the day being pampered. So have a wonderful time!
Re clothing - the first time I went to the spa I did not want to get undressed and I left my bra and panties on, and I could not understand how so many woman could walk around naked! But after my massage I was so relaxed that clothing did not matter!

I go to Burke Williams here and they have the massage rooms, but they also have steam rooms and heated pools and even though a few ladies wear bathing suits pretty much 99% don't wear anything but the robes Burke Williams give you while you walk around the spa. When you have the massage the masseuse pretty much keeps you covered with a towel or sheet except for the one area he or she is msassaging. (I only use female masseuses - my girlfriends all laugh at me though - they always request men

)
Also congrats on the 2 lb loss - I have not lost one pound yet - this is my second week - but it would help if I stuck with my points and journaled, journaled, journaled
Greetings Becky - I don't know that much about flex points yet. I just started them last week, and I also find them weird b/c when the system went to flex points. I lost 3 points a day which totals 21 pts for the week, but I was given 35 points! Very strange, but we'll see if it works.
