Today I got my 50 lb loss charm. I have been very successful on the current version of the WW program. I am also on WW Connect but was cleaning out my book of passwords and found my password for 3fatchicks and danged if it didn't still work and it's been almost 8 years since my last log-in here so I thought I'd touch base.

I've been slllllowly inching from 45 to 50 for a while now (my own fault!). I will be so excited to get that 50# charm!

Thanks. Congrats to you, too. Weight comes off so quickly in the beginning and then it slows down but my sister says 'the slower it comes off, the longer it's off!'. I've also told myself that they aren't plateaus with no weight loss, it's maintenance practice! You are doing great!!!
