Wink Thursday Chatters

Hi there,

I've been trying to get more fiber in my diet.
Fiber One now has cookies!!! Each one is 3 pts. I love both varieties of the soft baked cookies.
You might want to try them now. There are sales and coupons out there.

It seems slow on a lot of the threads. I am here if you want to chat about everything.
I've gained some and am having a terrible time taking it off.

good morning

just thought I'd pop by and say hello - we've been quiet here lately - I've been off the last week and now I'm trying to get things prepared ahead of time for the week - Tina how've you been? the weather here seems to be more fall like right now but they're predicting some pretty hot days for the coming week - next few weeks at work will be very busy - our next National Training & awards dinner is in a month and I have to finish up the travel etc - but it's been so busy with all the other stuff - my boss keeps buying up businesses and the work keeps piling up - I've been working 10 hour days and I'm really getting tired - but I can't afford to retire and I'm just lucky that I do have a job at this time of my life - I'm old and I live in an area that's mainly bilingual and I'm not - so everyday I count my blessings - sorry for the long winded rant - just feel overwhelmed sometimes
hope everything's going well in everyone's world. Just waiting for one of my brothers to come over for a coffee

Hi Maureen, first of all, I am sooooo glad you have a good job! Your boss definitely appreciates your work. I guess you don't have a pension to fall back on. I think most companies have stopped giving those. Hang in there. Have you been to WW recently? I am having such a hard time losing right now....lots of stuff going on in my life.
I am really NOT in the mood to tell a group how much water and exercise I do each day. Not in a rah...rah...rah mood. We can do this, in our own ways.

I love talking to myself...NOT.
However, I am trying again to lose these pounds. I do not want to have a heart attack or stroke!
I hope that those reading this agree and will do at least 1 thing to help yourself.
