    ST Legs & Abs: The Firm Lower Body Sculpt II

    2) Drink 64oz H2O: So far at 40oz.

    3) Maintain control when making dinner choices (eating out - new place). 27 points for day before activity points.

  • I am new, but I think this is where y'all post your goals for the day. So, here I am!

    I'd like to stay in my points today. I am also going out to eat, so I want to make good choices!

    I'll elaborate a little more I guess as time goes on. : )

    Sorry I didn't get this started, I was slacking off on my DBD posts...

    My goals for today:
    1) Stay in Pts range.
    2) Exercise after work.
    3) Say NO to the cake I'm going to be tempted to eat in a few minutes.

    Wish me luck--I've really needed it lately. Actually, change that--wish me some willpower, it has nothing to do with luck.
