I decided to start a Day By Day Challenge thread. I really have to push myself today to start putting an effort into my weight loss, so I thought I'd start this thread for me and anyone else who needs it.
1) Today I'm going to put an honest effort into not letting myself go.
2) Tonight for dinner, I'm going to focus on portion control, because that's what ruined yesterday for me.
3) Today I truly am going to eat within my points range.
