My dog murph was scared of the storm last night and tried to tear down the doggie gate
So I'm down 7 pounds after 2 weeks of changing the way I eat
BF and I took A walk down by the boardwalk and looked at the ocean and grossed out some passersby via sheer cuteness and smooching
We went to a seafood place for dinner and sat right by the water I even ordered extra veggies instead of a potato!
but we ordered a peice of cake so I had 4 bites of a choc cake with white mousse hey it ws for my bday
And we watched a great sunset!
someone shoot me before i become a puddle!
bbl I want to eat early before i become a ravenous beast
Jayne I haven't forgotten! I'll email you in a lil bit
and Rina you will see a size 14 and so on you're gorgeous

Kier - Way to go on the 7lbs! Congratulations! Sounds like you and BF had a lovely dinner/evening. And now I'm craving seafood.

From yesterday....

KT - how was the Aguilar/Timberlake concert? Do you actually see/hear or are you to busy being Flo Nightengale?

Rina - way to handle DH's birthday. I'm so impressed!

Angie - I've been known to go to bed to avoid eating junk. Good for you.

Belle - your step-pump class sounds awesome. What weight lbs do you use?

Becky - I would have succumbed to ice cream from DQ too. In fact, I've been refusing to eat any ice cream except from McD's because it is 3 points.

Jayne - if your lurking - sorry I bailed on IM the other day - a kahuna from the head office that I'd been waiting on all day called. Also, I'm no longer making baked spaghetti for tonight....after all that awesome meat info!

Well, last night was typical domestic stuff after work. Tonight friends are coming to help move the treadmill. CB decided to order out for pizza and wings for everyone to save me the trouble of cooking which is sweet. I'm a little worried about the pizza though - it's a fav - and I'm afraid that I'll end up eating way too much the night before WI. I don't think after working this hard all week that I could bear it if the scale was up or even - I really want a loss even if it is .2!

Fabulous work-out this AM. Did Firm 5 day abs, Firm Body Sculpt - Upper Body only and Firm Super Cardio Sculpt. I'm feeling FIT!!!!

Have boring paperwork to do today so please take pity and entertain me with a busy thread or Yahoo IM.

Good morning ladies --
Slow here so far (and at work too - no complaints!)

Nothing much up with me, I did make it to the gym last night, so I feel much better today. Ate too much though, not a huge amount, but I totally didn't need the crackers & cheese last night at around 10:00.... sigh.

Kier -- You've got me so jealous of your awesome evening! Sounds like a great time - and 7 pounds is great!!

Laura -- that's awesome that you've got the workout out of the way already - I can't ever seem to drag myself out of bed in the morning, so i save it for after work (but it makes it way too easy to find a way out of it...)

Now to respond from yesterday ...

Kirsty -- i've got to try that gold star idea too - sounds like another way to keep on track (i actually have a spreadsheet set up to graph the loss -- i'm such a nerd!)

Becky -- congrats on the 2#!

Belle - I've been wanting to see that movie "how to lose a guy in 10 days" too... apparently it comes out on video soon!

KT -- you sound so busy with all your working - hope the concert wasn't too crazy around all those crazy fans!

So disappointed - I just posted and lost the entire thing. I don't think I was paying enough attention to what I was typing. My other disappointment - Christina and Justin CANCELLED! I found out at 3:30 that I didn't have to work at 6pm. Some mismanagement of time issue with getting everything across the border. I feel so bad for the people who traveled here from all over and found out on the day they got here that the concert was a no go. They showed some of them on the news and they were so sad. On the bright side, I got an amazing night's sleep and am finally not tired!
Kier - sounds like your changes are working out great for you! way to go!
Laura - once the treadmill is set up you can eat pizza while you are walking and work it off at the same time.
Angie - crackers and cheese are great at that time of night.
Hey Rina - AR #3 tonight! Are you watching?
I'll be back in a bit, gotta catch up on the stuff I missed yesterday.

Laura~ No need to gnaw! We will attempt to keep you busy on the boards Mcd's icecream 3 pts good to know! I love their sundaes though. Mmmmm!

Kieri~ I want to BE you! 7lbs down AND a romantic evening! Color me jealous!

Angie~ Work is super slow for me today too! Boss is at a conference along with 1/2 the staff. I pretended that I didn't get the memo Nobody is working here. In fact we just had about a 2 hr lunch. What a great day.

KT~ Sorry about the concert but yay on the sleep. I was up most of the night blowing my nose. Dh has gotta be loving me today especially if he is as tired as I am.

Well I don't have much else to say b/c I am doing nothing so I will check in later.

Arm gnawing is out...I have a manicure tomorrow and don't want to pay full price for just one hand.

Becky -- so many memos, there's no way you can possibly keep track of all of them right?

KT -- too bad for all those people about the concert but at least you got sleep.

Laura -- don't get too bruised banging your head on the desk! Just enjoy the break!

I've been spending the morning (in between work...) trying to figure out what kind of class i should take this year. if they should be company-related. and looking at an mba program at the university that i don't think i'm quite ready for. fun to read about though! i can't find any computer classes because they'd be useless, considering i've got training in excel/word, etc anyway through college. i can't get myself excited about taking something like 7 habits of highly effective people (something like that)...

Hey girls. Its my day off but for some reason I didn't really have any free time until now while my supper is in the oven. Weird. I ended up going over my points yestreday but I'm not stressing about it. Today is rocking. Once I'm done my supper I still have lots of points to hit my minimum

KT, You bet I'm watching AR tonight! It is my absolute fave show. I'm such a geek! I even turn down invites to go out on Thursdays so I can watch the show

Laura, what size of McD's ice cream is only three points? Does that include the cone? We've been indulging in this fro-yo that comes in Mango-peach or Black Forest & is only 2 points for 1/2c. (For all you Canadaian gals its the Our Compliments brand at IGA)

Ang, I have to take some continuing ed stuff this year too. I'm running into the same problem. All of our courses are branches of other modalities but nothing really like massage & I became a massage therapist b/c I want to do massage not to explore other body work. Very frustrating.

Becky hope you get some sleep tonight. I am fighting off a cold right now too. I've got a miserable cold sore that is super ugly!

Kier, I'm jealous of your romantic evening! How nice-hope it lead to some hochmagandy
