  • Good morning!! What are your goals for today??

    Mine are:
    1) Drink my water
    2) I'm going out for lunch and I know it's going to be a big, bad eating thing. I'm going to eat what I want for lunch, though. I probably won't be hungry for dinner, and if I am, I'm going to have a really low-point dinner. Naughty lunch today will not cause me to overdo it the rest of the day.
    3) Exercise. Since I usually go to the Y over lunch, and I'm going out to lunch instead, I'll have to find a different time to work out.

    I accomplished yesterday's goals and am feeling pretty good! How is everyone else doing?
  • Yesterday I managed to comple 3 of my 4 goals. I drank the water plus some, mailed the thank you notes and walked 2 miles HOWEVER the cake that I was going to avoid was German Chocolate I am sure that you all understand

    New Day!!!

    1. Water/64 0z pitcher on my desk before leaving work.

    2. Eat a small, small, small dinner. I'm thinking a banana and a yogurt.

    That is it for today. We have a drug rep coming for lunch and they always fatten us up very well so like I said I will have a healthy dinner
  • Morning!

    Yesterday -- made it to the gym and ate well so I did good. Instead of grabbing out the popcorn when I got bored last night I shut myself in my room and actually got some sleep!

    Today -- same thing, gym-time & healthy eating. Got a salad w/chicken planned for supper, so that'll be good.
  • I got sleep last night. That helped. But TOM had me craving some VERY BAD foods that I gave in to. Not today.

    1) WATER
    2) Laundry - silly little goal but hasn't been done in a long time.
    3) Get in some stretches while the clothes wash & dry
