DBD Challenge Day 3 (Weds)

  • How was Day 2 for everyone? I got some stamping done, but didn't do any meal plans, so that's my goal for today.

    What are your goals today and how did yesterday go?
  • Okay -- not so good yesterday. I ate supper at TGIF, (fajitas) but I didn't eat much of the rice....

    So, I will do better today.

    Goal: eat within calories & walk for an hour tonight (or gym).
  • I did it yesterday! I went to WI and I didn't pig out afterwards even though I was down 1.2#!! That puts me back at what my signature says. Today's goal? I'll stay OP and away from carbs and make sure I get in my water. It's soo hot here lately that I'm probably not drinking enough.

    Angie, fajitas were probably one of your best options last night, so I wouldn't sweat it. I think you and I are the only ones counting calories instead of points. What is your goal per day?

    I met my goals yesterday - and didn't go to happy hour. Today my goals are to eay what I have planned out (will put me at 1400 calories, approx. 25 points), drink another liter of water, start my weight training tonight if my arms aren't too sore, and set up my exercise for tomorrow morning.
