Default Day By Day (DBD) Challenge Day Two Tues.

Well, it's the second day of the Day By Day Challenge, what's everyone's mini-goal for the day? I have two:

1) Get some stamping done tonight. (Not WW-related).
2) Start making some meal plans for the following week.

And how was everyone's Monday? Did you accomplish your goals? I ordered a cookbook that I know has lots of great ideas in it and everything in it only takes 15 minutes to prepare and you only need 5 ingredients. My kind of cookbook!

Oh I posted my goal for today on the other day by day thread! It is to get more exercise even though I did 20 minutes this morniing. Goal is to go for a walk at lunch and stay in my points range.

I accomplished my goal Monday, I had 21.5 points, so I stayed in my range. Yippie!

I did my goal for yesterday! I tried on the "small" pants at the back of my closet. The 15s did up (they don't look very good by the zipper zipped) and the 14s still have another 10 pounds to go. My Canada Day Challenge are further off.

Today's goal. GO TO WI!!! Do not pig out after WI (should be easy cause I stepped on the scale this morning and I know I'm up.) Stay OP all day.

When I make supper - only eat one serving! Immediately put away any leftovers in the fridge!

Goal for today - stay within calories (I know, I'm the oddball - no points!)

If I go to happy hour, only have 2 miller lites max - and work it into my calories for the day.

Get myself all prepped to work out again tomorrow morning!
