1. weight -3 lbs I am sure this is salt!!!!! 2. Gym only made it 2x so far maybe get in the 3rd today. 3. Eating went pretty well, only a few leftover christmas cookies, and takeout pizza. So overall a I feel pretty good about this week!!! Terri |
