Good morning everyone, it must be the cold weather plus everything else that is going on in each of our lives right now that is cause us to slip up... we will get it, yesterday I actually had a pretty on plan day - at least stayed within my points but can't say that it was all of the food that WW would suggest... we do what we can!

I have a busy day ahead of me today so will pop back on when i can. The Grandbaby is back in the hospital due to a very high Bellyrubin (sp?) level so I am focused on getting thru my work day and being available if the kids need me.
