Smile I Deserve a Pat on the Back!!!

Here's your "I resisted" it thread, Jess, as you requested! I have an entry for this...I resisted the Ghiradelli chocolates that someone brought into work today. Dang, that was hard! I half regret it and am half proud of myself. Can you tell I'm still having big PMSage? Question: how long can you technically consider it PMS? Is the week after Time of Month just pushing it too far?

Jayne - awesome. Good for you for resisting. As for PMS... I think of it as pre-menstral, post-menstral... so I'm thinking almost the entire month really

According to recent research, the entire month is "that time of the month". (Oh, how I wish that were true).

Thanks, Jayne for starting this thread!!

I had to bring this thread to the top because I just did something that really shocked me. I have been suffering some serious M&M's cravings today. So I reviewed my journal, found that I do have the points, and headed to the vending machine. When I got there, all it had was King Size M&M's. So, I stood and stood, trying to decide what to get. I just wandered into the cafeteria and got a glass of water. I came back to my desk, cracked open the old 2-Point snack box and found exactly what I was craving--an M&M's Kudos bar, which is only two points. Yippee!!

And here's your pat on the back back! Way to go! Isn't it going to feel wonderful tonight when you go home and write in your journal? I know I can't wait!

I got another one, here...two in one day, can you believe it? For the three-year old snack ( which I serve and am therefore tempted by), the parent of one of our children brought in Oreos. It was ****, I tell you, passing them by, but I DID IT!!!!

Ok, let me clarify...the snack is not three years old, the children are. Duh, Jayne...

Jayne, that's fantastic! If you can do two in one day, you're obviously well on your way to making weight loss simple!
