Recovering after a Sunday of absolutely HORRIBLE eating...I really have to be good today!
B: toast - 2 PB - 1 spreadable fruit - 1 chai tea latte - 3 L: turkey hotdog - 2 bun - 2 raw broccoli and cauliflower S: peach - 1 baked doritos - 2 D: chicken breast - 3 bun - 3 LF mayo - 1 oven fries - 3 steamed veggies TOT: 24 Exercise: 30 minutes biking points earned: 2 |
Good morning Jayne (and Jen too!)
I am doing horribly lately, but I know one of these days, it will be my "click" again and I will start losing. I have every intention of staying OP today.....need support!! B: coffee 0 (breakfast kills me, I want a muffin, but can't have one, they are at least 6 points, and this is what starts my downhill slide to over points. So, I am going to drink my coffee for now, and if I get hungry, I will run down to the cafeteria and get a banana!) L: grapes 0 salmon sand. 4 water 64 oz. (I have been slacking in this area, I have to start drinking water again, it is key to losing weight!!) D: stir fry 6 corn on cob 2 skim milk 2 S: yep, not sure what yet though! Exercise: treadmill 2 miles/30 min. Total = 18 pts. |

i have to find my @## ^&%@%# book! Breakfast 1 fatfree yogurt 1/2 cup fiber 1 Lunch Salad!!! with either apiece of ham or a piece of cheese torn up in it and a possible 2 tbsp light vinagrette apple Dinner Some Kind of chicken steamed cauliflower salad Snack Applesauce |

Well, for the first day in months, I actually stayed OP all day yesterday, and finished at 18 pts., but I didn't get my walking in. Today is a new day though!! B: banana 2 coffee 0 dry cheerios 1 L: salad w/ dressing 4 water 64 oz. banana 2 D: low fat Italian Sausage with peppers/rice 7 salad with FF wine vinegrette dressing 1 FF milk 2 S: yep Total = 19 pts. walk the dog 1 mile (walking very fast!) |

Well, I finished the day yesterday at 26 pts, which is 3 over, but I couldn't pass up the hamburger on the grill!
Today will be a low point day.... B: eng muffin w/ pb 3 coffee 0 L: grapes 2 tuna sand. 4 water 70 oz. D: chicken 3 beer (going to a little party with DH's co workers) ???? Exercise: walk dog for 1 mile, 1 mile walk at breaktime. Total: 18 pts. |
I love starting the morning off with a run/walk...I want to make it worth it, so I am really good with my eating all day!
