B- Omelet- 4 1/2 c. eggbeaters 1 oz. velveeta light 1/4 c. fresh salsa (yum!) 2 T. light sour cream 2 Soy Breakfast sausage- 2 B Total- 6 L- 1 cup grapes- 1 chips and salsa- 2 L Total- 3 D- Swedish Meatballs and Pasta 11 (o.k. 5.5 since I only ate half) Garlic Bread- 2 Steamed Broc. and Cauliflower- 1 D Total- 8.5-14 S- Popcorn- 2 Total-19.5-25 depending on how you look at it :) Points allowed 25-31 (waaaayyyy too many!) Exercise- gotta go shopping and run errands (A.k.a. A couple of hours of leisurely walking) :dizzy: |
