Not a running fan...anyone want to try some kind of general exercise challenge?
Does anyone want to do some type of just general workout challenge? I cant really stand running (sorry girls) but I really would like to be more consistant with working out.....
PJ--Why don't you join the Labor Day Challenge that Lisa (tilley) posted? You can make one of your goals to workout consistently (for example 3 times a week or something). It's never too late to join!
