another newbie
<i>Hello, everyone. I've done ww at work programe last year, just before the holiday season as a matter of fact and proudly lost approximately 10 pounds durring that time and use of the program. However, when they decided not to continue it anymore at work my weight went up as the support went down. I loved the ww program considering you can still eat every day foods. It's easy, fun and the recipes are great.
Anyways, just wanted to basically say a hello there and introduce myself ... In the late 20's, from newyork state .. just outside the capital district area ... moved there this past month after from being in upstate ny (syracuse area) for the last 20 plus years ... so change seems to be my main thing this year heh.. Changing a place of address, my lifestyle, my diet, a job .. friends ... But a good change for the most part, even if at times I don't feel like it is. The stress, the struggle of it all can be surreal. But I guess I'm handling it okay if I decide to make yet another change.

Ooh .. I might also wanna add that I don't know how much I weigh, we don't have a scale yet and won't get one until I get a job but I do have approximately 100 pounds to lose here and I'm hoping to do it this time and right.
