Maybe I can help. It's been a few years but I think that I can remember games that were played at my shower.
For starters, we all had a decorated clothespin clipped somewhere to us. Each time you hear someone say the fiance's name, you get to take their clothespin. By the end, whoever has the most clothespins gets some type of prize.
My sister had me walk in at the beginning of the shower carrying this ridiculous umbrella tied with all sorts of things and with bumper stickers taped all over it. Then she had the guests look at me for two minutes, then I left. The umbrella was to shift their focus, because after I left she asked them questions like if I was wearing nail polish, what color socks, open or closed-toe shoes, etc.
We also played bridal bingo for prizes. She made up bingo cards with wedding words on them (quite a bit of work, but not bad if you had a few helpers) and called out words. No one cleared their cards when they had a bingo, and we played until each person had selected a prize and held it unopened. You could either choose to keep the gift you had or steal someone else's and replace it with yours. If you chose to keep it, you opened it, but it was still up for someone else to steal for a wrapped one. (make sense?)
The last thing we did was we had a quiz on where our first date was, the first meal I cooked for him, the first movie we saw together, etc.
Good luck and have fun!
