Hey all-

So, I have had a bit of a mixed day. Excellent exercise, but I went to a potluck this afternoon and that totally blew my day. Fortunately it was late in the afternoon that it could serve as a combo lunch and dinner and so I am not starving now at dinnertime (and have some more study time for my exams....sort of). Oh, and I just got off the phone with a friend of mine who is sort of trying to hook me up with her brother (whoo!), and we have a sort of large group thing arranged for next week. Maybe I will miraculously lose ten pounds by then:) Just kidding there....but it would be nice to have a few off, it just does so much for the good old self-esteem

jess- 4.6 pounds is wonderful! And your leader shouldn't be so nasty about it. I had a really good leader when I was going to WW, but some of the ladies who did weigh in were really something else. I'd gain 0.1 pound or something and they'd be all "hmmm." Or if you lost a lot they'd tell you to watch it. Some weeks are just really good, so they should just deal with it!

Ok, I now have to go do some serious studying....two exams friday. EEP:o
