B: coffee - 1 yogurt - 2 berries - 1 L: zucchini - 0 lean cusine - 6 D: whole wheat mac & cheese - 8 veggie potstickers - 2 milk - 2 Snack: No pudge brownie - 1 TOTAL = 23 Exercise: Run - 30 minutes (+4 points) |

Breakfast: coffee 0 (that's it, not hungry, will save up for lunch). Lunch: yogurt 2 apple 2 water 70 oz. by the end of the work day. Dinner: salmon 4 salad 3 Snack: Yep Exercise: treadmill - 30 min/2 miles Total = 18 pts. WI is Wednesday..... |

Happy Monday. Breakfast: 1/2 c. raw oatmeal mixed with Breyer's fat free White chocolate raspberry yogurt. - 4 coffee (with 1/4 c. milk & artificial sweetner) - 1 1 c. grapes - 1 Lunch: sloppy joe on two pieces lite whole wheat bread - 5 1 c. fresh pineapple chunks - 2 Small can spicy V-8 juice - 0 snack: orange - 1 Dinner: Taco Casserole: 8 pts. apple - 1 Exercise - 60 min aerobics class Total points: 23 |
