Hi to all! How is everyone doing? Great , I'm hoping...I figured I'd just post on my weekly weigh in.

I lost 1.5 pounds this week for a total of 4.5 pounds
.......I know it's only a pound and a half
but I was pretty excited considering
the GS cookies had really gotten the
best of me this week.


I have really starting exercize this week. I mean I'm not going to the gym or anything but I am doing one taebo (basic) tape and I'm actually doing it everyday. Yesterday when I cheated with the cookies I did it twice ...(like it mattered? ) BUt It made me feel better!

I want to walk more than I do but it's still in the mid 40's so I'll wait a week or so for that we should be getting back inot the 80's soon. (I CANT WAIT!)
