Journaling Thread
Hi everyone! Just wanted to start a new journaling thread for the week.
I'll start with Sunday I slept right through breakfast Lunch: Chunky Chicken Noodle Soup--5 pts for entire can 2 c skim milk 4 Dinner: 6" Club Subway Sandwich w/ cheese -- 7 1 c milk 2 Snack: Microwave Popcorn 3 2 pc Dove chocolate 2 1 cup skim milk 2 Total for the day 26 And I haven't made it to the gym in a week. Sigh... |
My Sunday
Breakfast--
Special K with Red Berries with 1/2 c. milk 3 Orange 2 Lunch-- Morningstar Farms Chik Patty 3 French Roll 1 Fries 4 Carrots and FF Dip 1 Snack-- 2 slices Cinnamon toast 4 Dinner-- Special K with Red Berries with 1/2 c. milk 3 Total: 21 (Guess I missed the low end of my range. Whoops.) |
Here goes:
Sunday: Breakfast Special K with strawberries 3 Coffee Lunch Pepperoni pizza 8 Crystal Light iced tea 0 Snack Baby carrots with low-fat dip 1 Dinner Grilled chicken sub 10 Fries 6 Snack OJ 1 Total: 29 Exercise points: 2 Monday Breakfast 1/2 pita with hummus 3 Coffee Lunch California roll 6 Salad with Oriental dressing 2 Snack Goldfish crackers 3 Dinner Pasta with beans and asparagus 6 1 cup milk 2 Leftover ribs 2 Snack Thin Mints 3 Total: 27 |
