Tuesday 1/29 Journal

  • Let's get back to journalling. I need to keep myself accountable!!

    Breakfast:

    coffee 0
    WW toast/jelly 3

    Lunch:

    light Caesar salad 2
    string cheese 2
    water!

    Snack:

    FF pringles 1
    water!

    Dinner:

    Boca burger 1.5
    bun 2
    salad 2

    Snack:

    yep, not sure what yet though!

    Treadmill: 30 min., walked 20 minutes on break.

    Total = 18 pts.
  • Yay! I'm glad we're doing this again!
    OK, I have to journal for yesterday since today is always so uncertain...

    Breakfast: Oatmeal 3

    lunch: BBQ Chicken Sandwich (recipe from an angel on here!) 4
    WOW! Chips 1, Chocolate Graham cracker 1= Total 6

    Snack: Melba toasts with FF cream cheese and fake crabmeat: 2

    Dinner: 1/3 c 1% cottage cheese-1, Larry's Stuffed Potato 4, 2 c. skim milk 4, 2 FF Hot dogs (ick!) 2 = Total 11

    Snack: M&M Kudos bar 2, 1 c skim milk 2, 1 Dove chocolate square 1

    Total for the day: 27


    Activity: A whole hour at the gym, which is biking, running in place, stepping, and weights. (2 activity points)

    I had six points banked from earlier in the week and decided to use them last night.

    OK, here goes:

    Oatmeal--3 points

    BBQ Chicken Sandwich--4
    WOW Chips--1
    Orange--1

    Tortilla--2
    Chicken Breast--3
    RF Cheddar Cheese-2
    6 Tbsp FF Sour Cream--1
    2 c. skim milk--4
    Green beans with 1 tsp margarine--1
    2 Dove chocolate squares (I don't know what's going on with my chocolate cravings lately)--2
    1 c milk--2
    6 c air-popped popcorn--2
    Chocolate again--2

    My total for the day was 33 points and I no longer have any points banked.
