I'm going to join you! I've been feeling gross lately (and ate WAY too much fried food in New Orleans!), so I am aiming for a few straight 18 point days to get rid of this bloat and help me get back in the swing of things!

but i did well i think B 1 egg ff cooking spray coffee with 1 tbsp of light cream (that i took 2 sips of b/c it tasted like paint thinner) L 1 small potato 2 tbsp of regular sour cream and a Giant plate of salad no dressing D turkey sausage and pepprs trying out a new recipei will post it if its good and prolly a cup of pasta 1.5 litersofwater down one bottle to go! |

D: chicken with potatoes and peppers (5PTS), baby carrots with low-fat dip (2PTS), 1 cup milk (2PTS) SNACK: Strawberries with Cool Whip (3PTS) TOTAL: 27 Activity PTS earned: 2 (I think) TUESDAY B: 1/2 English Muffin (1PT) with 1 tsp spreadable fruit (1PT) L: grilled chicken & veggie wrap with FF ranch, (8PTS guess), pretzels (3PTS), fruit smoothie (5PTS) D: Oven baked crunchy fish (5pts), broccoli, potato wedges (4PTS), 1 cup milk (2PTS) TOTAL: 29 Activity: sit-ups |

Brunch: 2 low fat waffles with 1/2 cup rasperry apple sauce (I just said no to Mac N cheese!) Dinner Either pork chops or chicken with some kind of starch im looking for good recipe |

Ok heres my plan for wednesday
Breakfast coffee with 1/4 cupof whole milk 1 Granola bar 2 low fat waffles 2 apple sauce 1 Lunch 6 oz of frozen mac and cheese according to dotties 7.5 oz is 7 points so I'm sayin 6 Crackerjacks dunno cant find my @%^%@%^#@ points slide but 150 calories 2.5 grams of fat and 2 g of fiber Dinner Jerk pork chops 7 Some sort of potato 3 poss with sour cream 1 tbsp 1 and some kinda veggie Coffee with 1/4 cup whole milk 1 Total at least 24 pts Im allowed 24-29 pts *snack to beput in later |

Lunch Steamed Veggies from last nights chinese food and 1/4 cup of Gen Tso's sauce ( no clue on the points but one cup of the chicken is 9) so I'll say 2 Dinner the Poor neglected porkchops no one wants to slap in the oven and veggies so 7 + whatever side dishes I whip up in my paper writing frenzy |
